Aisling works one to one with clients, and sees many people (both women and men) who have emotional relationships with food such as overeating, undereating, binge eating and food phobias.  She helps people to understand why they feel they way they do and gives them the tools and knowledge to change it.  Check out her profile here.

This interactive workshop will focus primarily on the process of yo-yo dieting and will cover, biological, emotional and nutritional aspects.  Join Aisling as she shares her insights into our relationships with food and discover the 5 essential tips that helps her clients get out of the yo-yo dieting rut!
