There is no doubt that A-levels are important, but they should not be all-consuming or overly stressful.  Feeling stressed or anxious because we want to do well often prevents us from learning and taking on new information.  In my clinic I see many students who are feeling totally overwhelmed by their A-level courses or by school in general.  With the right coaching, knowledge and awareness you can keep calm and maintain your self-belief during your AS or A2 years.

Your well-being is more important than results. Join me for a workshop looking at which ideas, techniques and understanding can help us study better- and help us keep a balance in our life.  

The day will include a light lunch and will be very interactive!
